Uniontown Redevelopment Authority announced that a Uniontown City Wide Cleanup day will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1^st. Dumpsters will be located at the City Sewage Plant on Romeo Lane, next to 84 Lumber. Must have proof of City Residence to drop off. If you need something hauled, please call 724-430-2900 by 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29^th to schedule a pickup. Items accepted free of charge include: computer towers, monitors, laptops, computer accessories/printers, televisions (only 2 per car), large and small appliances, scrap metal, and tires ($3.00 if on rim). No paint, bulbs, batteries, used motor oil, or other hazardous material will be accepted – those will be accepted on June 22^nd at the Fayette County Fairgrounds.
