Fay-Penn Economic Development Council will hold “Design Community Revitalization Academy” sessions from 9:00 a.m. – noon on the following dates: September 13^th, October 11^th; November 8^th, and December 13^th.

The sessions will be held in the Business Event Center located at 1040 Eberly Way, Suite 150, in Lemont Furnace. PDC members may attend for $50; cost is $75 for all others. Email them at padowntown@padowntown.org or call 717-233-4675 with any questions.

Mt. Macrina Manor’s Annual drive-through Live Nativity will be held on the grounds of Mt. St. Macrina on Sunday, December 15^th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. The Nativity will be set up along the Friendship Circle, adjacent to the facility. Mary and Joseph, shepherds tending to their flock, the Three Kings, the Little Drummer Boy, and angels will be portrayed. In addition, there will also be live animals, including a donkey, goat, sheep, calf, and an alpaca.

The Sisters of St. Basil the Great and other groups will sing Christmas carols. Angels will be passing out candy canes to visitors.
