Event Description: In association with The Uniontown Mall, Albert Gallatin Amedisys Hospice will be erecting a memory tree in honor of all veterans on Friday, November 1st. The tree, donated by The Uniontown Mall, will be located in the hall directly in front of the Home Care and Hospice offices. If anyone who would like to add a veteran’s name to the tree (both living and deceased veterans), please come into the Albert Gallatin Amedisys Hospice office for an ornament, Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. You can write their name on the front and your personal memory on the back if you would like. Then this tree and all of the names will be dedicated to all veterans at a special celebration to be held on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11th, at 1:30 p.m. The public is invited; for more information, please call 724 439-4440 or stop in at our mall office.
