The Mission of the Government Affairs Council is to unify the voice of business in Fayette County on legislative issues, developing proactive positions on key community issues in general and those which impact the business and professional community specifically.

This council is made up of a cross representation of the business and legislative community and is open to all Chamber members, both active and affiliate with an interest in learning about and reacting to current legislation.
