Event Description: Soroptimist International of Fayette County will hold their annual “Stand Tall and Walk/Run for Strong Bones” event on Saturday, June 8th. The Osteoporosis 5K Walk/Run & Health Fair will take place on the grounds of Mount. St. Macrina (Route 40, Uniontown) and feature Celebrity Walker Michelle Wright, WTAE Channel 4 Action News Anchor. Open Registration and a continental breakfast begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by the race. For more complete information, call 724-439-0686 for walkers or 724-628-4668 for runners.
