Event Description: “JOURNEY’s WALK & WAG” K-9 Dog Walk in memory of Karen Roderick-Tummons will be held from noon – 5:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 13th, in Masontown. This event will raise funds an awareness of Unity, A Journey of Hope’s Mission to grant wishes to adults with life-limiting illnesses, as well as promote the safe and humane treatment of our furkids (dogs). Unity is also looking for Fayette Chamber Members who wish to be a vendor at the WALK & WAG. There is NO cost to be a vendor, BUT a donation to the Chinese auction is required with a min. value of $50.00. You must bring your own tent, electric, and table. UNITY is also in need of baskets for the Chinese auction. If you are interested in making donations, becoming an event sponsor, or becoming a volunteer, call them at 724-677-4789.
