Event Description: Liberty Baptist Church – (183 Oliver Road, Uniontown) announces LIBERTY Home Educators, a homeschool support group located in Fayette County, who are hosting a "Homeschooling 101 Workshop" April 24th. Are you considering homeschooling, cyberschooling, or anything in between, and do not know where to start? Have you just started homeschooling or been doing it for years and have questions? Are you looking to try a different curriculum? Come out and talk to families about what they use, look through displays of portfolios and see some of the projects/field trips our group has done. Browse through a sample of books, catalogs, and DVDs of curriculum and cyberschool options. They will also have someone answer your questions about requirements and the PA Homeschool Law. Shop the used book sale or enjoy some refreshments when you are done. Call for more information at 724-626-1265.
