Event Description: Fayette County Historical Society is pleased to announce that Mick Gallis will be offering a workshop entitled "Researching Fayette County....Its People, Places, and Things." This course will cover the basic aspects of genealogical research combined with an appreciation of the environs of your ancestors, where they lived and worked. Mick has spent a lifetime studying historic Fayette County and so it’s fortunate that he is offering this workshop! The event will take place on Saturday, March 31st at the Abel Colley Museum (along Route 40 West, Uniontown), at 9:00 a.m. You are encouraged to register by calling 724-439-4422 or emailing fayettehistoricalsociety@gmail.com.
