Event Description: FACT will celebrate their annual Try Transit Week next week, September 19th – September 23rd. The list of events are as follows: Monday, “Try Now (to Win) Day” - anyone visiting their website will have a chance to win a pair of Pirate tickets (2 chances to win); Tuesday, “Free T-Shirt Tuesday”- riders utilizing and visiting the Transfer Center will receive a free t-shirt from FACT; Wednesday, “Remember When Wednesday” - riders utilizing public transit will pay a $1.00 fare just like in 2004; Thursday, “Thirsty Thursday” - riders will receive a brand new mug throughout the day, compliments of FACT; and Friday, “Free Ticket Friday” - hear the jingle on WMBS or Froggy and win a pair of zoo tickets (4 chances to win throughout the day).
