Event Description: This year’s event, in partnership with the Community Foundation of Fayette County, will benefit (in part) the Uniontown Hospital. The chili cook-off will feature an array of activities including chili tasting and competition, hot pepper eating contest, complimentary wine tasting, grape stomping, wine and cheese pairing seminar, kids’ activities and vendors. Vendor space is still available for those businesses who are interested in participating. There will also be a battle of the bands contest. There is a $200 purse for the winner. For further information, please contact the winery. Fred Adams will be the master of ceremonies for the event. For interested chili cooks and salsa makers, it is not too late to enter.
