Event Description: Fayette County Historical Society – On Monday, April 4th at 6:30 p.m., the Society will be presenting a program entitled “Point Marion, Smithfield, and Lake Lynn, a 1937 Retrospective”. The event will take place at the Abel Colley Tavern and Museum (7083 National Pike, Smock). Don Houze will be the guest speaker, who will share a collection of ornamental glass manufactured at his family's plant, along with some rare photos. A 1937 black and white film that was discovered a few years back in a vault in Point Marion will then be shown. Reservations can be made by calling them at 724-439-4422.
