Event Description: Tri-State Society for Human Resource Management will host their January workshop, “Creating Line of Sight, How to Get to the Bottom Line Through Your Employees”, on Tuesday, January 18th, at the Fayette Chamber of Commerce. Ed Krow of Vantagen LLC will show attendees how to: identify key behaviors of all levels of employees and the link between those behaviors and the company's bottom line; learn how to create a line of sight in their employees that will motivate them to achieve results; and determine the types of variable pay that can be used to motivate behaviors that will impact the company's bottom line results. Ed has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field. This program has been approved for 1.5 STRATEGIC recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
