Event Description: The cost to attend is $20/pp pre-paid (by July 5th), or $25 at the door includes: 90 minutes includes the basic movements and information about the self-defense aspect of Tai-Chi. Come and experience the gentle movements of Tai-Chi which assists with focus, balance, and stress reduction for your body toward better health. Class offered by Tracy Eisenman, Certified Tai-Chi Instructor. Please wear comfortable clothing! Reserve your space with the following information: Name, Email, and Phone Number.
