Event Description: Receive all of the tools necessary for you to ignite your light! During this retreat brought to you by Kerissa Kuis, founder of the University of Wellness, you will be guided to discover your highest potential and connect with your most authentic self. Your authentic self is who you truly are, not defined by your job, where you live or social status. You will leave with a clear intention for your life, along with all the tools necessary to build and live the life of your dreams. In addition, you will learn many techniques to help you love yourself from the inside out. Over the course of the day, you will create lasting friendships, identify your deepest fears and learn to "let it all go." In addition, you will receive a 30-minute Spiritual Life Coaching session with Kerissa.
