Event Description: The $25/per person fee includes: One-hour Gentle Yoga Class ½-hour explanation of the theoretical and spiritual ideas behind Yoga An interactive session on how to integrate the principles of Yoga into your daily life. Also available are FREE five-minute massages and a brief overview on Reiki. Come and experience Yoga! Gentle class offered by Susan Frenchik, Certified Yoga Instructor.
